№ 01 How long until my keepsake arrives?

Production is 1–3 working days. UK delivery is a further 2–4 working days. You should have it within 7–10 working days of ordering — most orders land in 7.

№ 02 How does the couple portrait from a photo work?

Upload one clear photo of you both, pick a painted style — oil, watercolour, pencil, or pop art — and choose a canvas size. We paint your portrait from the photo and print it on gallery canvas. The whole pipeline is automatic: no design fees, no waiting on an artist.

№ 03 Can I see a preview before I pay?

Yes — and before you pay, not after. Once you upload your photo and pick a style, we paint your portrait in about a minute and show you the preview on the page. You only check out if you love it.

№ 04 What if I do not like the result?

You see your portrait preview before paying, so you never pay for a result you do not love — just try another photo or style. Because each canvas is painted to your own photo, personalised items are non-returnable once printed, but if it arrives damaged or faulty contact us within 14 days for a reprint or refund.

№ 05 What size canvas fits a standard home?

The 12 × 16" framed canvas is our most popular and suits most living-room walls. Sizes run from 11 × 14" up to a 24 × 30" gallery canvas for a statement wall.

№ 06 Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently the shop ships to the UK only. International shipping is on the roadmap once we have settled the first cohort of UK orders.
