Delivery
Every piece is made to order, and we deliver to UK addresses only.
Standard delivery is free and takes 4 to 9 working days: 4 to 9 working days.
Priority delivery costs £4.99 and takes 3 to 6 working days: 3 to 6 working days. You choose it at checkout.
The dates are estimates, counted in working days from the day you order and skipping weekends and bank holidays in England and Wales. You can check progress any time at order tracking.
Digital downloads
A digital file is not posted. It is emailed to you as a download link, valid for 30 days, with no delivery charge.
Digital content can normally be cancelled within 14 days. Your basket asks you to tick a box asking us to send the file as soon as payment clears and confirming that you then lose that right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37). Checkout does not go ahead for a download without it, and your order confirmation email repeats it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can at hello@printedweddings.co.uk with your order reference and a photo of the issue. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement. We reprint or refund at our cost, your choice. A faulty download is covered in the same way.
Please email before returning anything: everything is made to order. Postal address for correspondence: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Change of mind
Everything we post is made from your wording or your photo, so it is made to your specification and the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). We can't take it back for a change of mind, so please check the names, the date and your preview before you pay.
Printing a spelling, a date or a photo exactly as you supplied it is not a fault by itself. This does not limit your rights where an item is otherwise faulty or not as described.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
