No. We do not sell gift vouchers, and there are no discount codes: the price on each page is the price at checkout.

Couple portraits and wedding-photo prints come on paper, gallery canvas, framed (black, dark wood or natural wood), an aluminium metal panel, a plywood wood panel, a mug, a water bottle or as a digital file. Wedding-date prints come in the same formats apart from metal and wood. Every active size and its exact price is listed on the sizes and prices page, so it is never out of date here.

Upload one clear photo of the two of you and pick a style: oil, watercolour, pencil or pop art. Verify your email for three successful previews per day on this website. Each is watermarked and saved for 30 days. When you order, the print is made from the portrait you selected, without the watermark, cropped to the shape of the size you choose.

A clear, well-lit photo where both faces show; looking towards the camera works best. A 12-megapixel phone photo comfortably covers the smaller sizes and usually the larger ones. We measure your photo's pixels against each print size before you pay; below 140 dpi a print looks soft, so we don't sell it.

Type your names, the date and the venue, and you see the layout live before you order. No photo needed.

Each piece is made to order and posted to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is free and takes 4 to 9 working days from your order; Priority delivery costs £4.99 and takes 3 to 6 working days, chosen at checkout. Each product page and your basket show the estimated arrival dates for an order placed today. For Christmas 2026, order by Thursday 10 December with free standard delivery, or by Tuesday 15 December with Priority delivery (£4.99, chosen at checkout).

Yes. Tick "This is a gift" in your basket and enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel carries no prices or receipt. No message is printed or put in the parcel: if you write a note, it comes back to you in the order confirmation email, ready to copy into a card.

A digital file is emailed to you as a download link, valid for 30 days, with no delivery charge. It is made to your wording or from your photo. Digital content can normally be cancelled within 14 days, so your basket asks you to tick a box asking us to send the file as soon as payment clears and confirming that you then lose that right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 37). Checkout does not go ahead for a download without it.

Not for a change of mind. Everything we post is made from your wording or your photo, so it is made to your specification and the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(b)). If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us as soon as you can at hello@printedweddings.co.uk with your order reference and a photo, and we reprint or refund it at our cost. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Uploads are used only to produce your preview and your print. Unpurchased uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. Watermarked previews are saved for 30 days. We never use your photos for anything else.
