How to use it
Put in the wedding date and each group of jobs gets a date to aim for, counted back from the day. Groups already gone by are marked, so you can see what to catch up on. No date yet? Leave it empty and you’ll get the plain list.
Tick the jobs that are done. When you print, the ticked ones print with a tick. Add your names and they go at the top of the sheet. At the foot is a line that should measure 50 mm: if it does, it printed at full size.

How the list is put together
The jobs and the months they sit in are ours. They’re a sensible order, not rules. Some venues and suppliers book up sooner, so if one matters a lot to you, ask them early.
One date is the law. In England and Wales you give notice at your local register office at least 29 days before the ceremony, and the ceremony must be within 12 months of giving notice. Put in your date and the tool shows that window. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own rules, and GOV.UK says the process might be different for an Anglican wedding, so ask the church.
