Printed Weddings is a UK-operated personalised wedding-keepsake service. These terms govern the contract between you and Printed Weddings when you place an order; they cover order formation, made-to-order status, returns, pricing, taxes, delivery, and liability under the law of England & Wales.
Who you are buying from
Printed Weddings is operated by Craig Fearn, a UK sole trader. Correspondence: hello@printedweddings.co.uk. We are not a limited company; we are not a marketplace; we make and sell our own keepsakes.
What you are buying
Personalised printed wedding keepsakes — date prints, vow prints, anniversary wood prints, and AI couple portraits — produced on order by our UK print partner and shipped to you. The AI couple portrait is generated from the photograph you upload and previewed before printing; you will see the painted result before it goes to press.
Order formation and acceptance
Submitting an order through the checkout is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has entered production — not when payment is taken. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, a personalisation field is unreadable, or the supplied details fail a content check; if so, you receive a full refund.
Prices
Printed Weddings is not VAT-registered. Prices shown are the full amount you pay — no VAT is added or included.
Your undertakings
You confirm that the photograph and personalisation details you submit are your own, or that you have the consent of any person depicted or named. You do not upload material you do not have the right to use, and you do not submit content that is unlawful, obscene, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order that breaches this clause.
Made-to-order goods and your cancellation rights
Every keepsake is printed to order with the names, dates, and details you supply. Under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised. This is the standard exemption for made-to-order goods and does not affect your statutory rights if a product arrives faulty, defective, or not as described.
Cancellation, returns, and remedies
Full detail is on our returns & refunds page. In short: if your keepsake arrives damaged or misprinted, contact hello@printedweddings.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number; we reprint or refund at our cost. Change-of-mind returns on personalised items are not accepted once production has started.
Pricing and delivery
Prices on the site include any applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Production typically takes 1–3 working days; UK delivery 2–4 working days from despatch. International timing is set out on the shipping page.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received cleared payment in full.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any one order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (carrier disruption, supplier outages, severe weather, IT failures, government action). Where such events affect your order we will tell you, offer to wait, or refund in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
