Every keepsake is printed to order in the UK by our fulfilment partner Gelato. Production runs Monday to Friday; orders placed at weekends enter production the next working day.
Timing
- Production. 1–3 working days after payment (typically 1–2 days for date / vow / wood prints; up to 3 days for AI couple portraits because of the preview-and-approve step).
- UK delivery. Typically 2–4 working days after despatch.
- Total. In your hands within 5–8 working days of ordering for most products; allow 8–10 working days for AI couple portraits.
Carriers and tracking
UK orders ship by Royal Mail Tracked or DPD depending on size and weight. You receive a despatch email with the carrier and tracking link once the parcel leaves the press.
Shipping cost
Free. Every order ships at no extra cost — there's no delivery charge added at checkout, whatever the size.
International
We ship to Ireland (3–7 working days) and the United States (7–14 working days) where the chosen product is supported by our UK fulfilment partner's carrier network. Duties and import taxes for non-UK destinations are the recipient's responsibility under the destination country's rules.
Wedding-date delivery
If your keepsake is for a specific wedding date, place your order at least 14 working days ahead of the date you need it in hand. If you need it sooner, email hello@printedweddings.co.uk with the date before you order — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it; we will not take an order we cannot deliver in time.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 working days after despatch, email hello@printedweddings.co.uk with your order number. We open a carrier trace, and reprint or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost. You do not need to send a damaged parcel back.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you cover the second carriage; if it is lost because of our error, we cover everything.
